- Please ensure your sizes and colours by using our charts as a guide. 

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sizing issues as we have all measurements listed.

- We do not accept returns based on change of mind or heart.
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the products arrive damaged, lost. For custom orders, please send the FAMILY NAME to selman@asasel.co customer will be contacted to confirm a mockup before custom design is made to ensure satisfaction.
- Cancellation or changes are only accepted if production has not already started on your order. In this case, please contact us to double check and we'll do our best to assist you.
- If your return claim has been accepted, the item must be returned within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for all return/exchange postage or shipping costs, or delivery, unless item arrived damaged or not as described, etc.
